Stage Africa was launching three new B2B exhibition brands (BUILDMACEX, HOMEX, FEWA) with zero existing email marketing infrastructure. The goal was to attract 300+ exhibitors and 15,000+ attendees through targeted, scalable communication—with no prior database or automated systems in place.

I built a complete email marketing and lead generation engine focused on establishing authority and driving registrations.
1. Email Infrastructure Built from Scratch
Selected and implemented Zoho CRM as the central marketing hub.
Designed the database architecture and established list management protocols for 1,100+ contacts.
Created 9+ automated email sequences for different audience segments (exhibitors, past attendees, industry partners).
2. Content & Lead Generation Strategy
Developed high-value “State of the Industry” reports as lead magnets to attract qualified exhibitors.
Collaborated with the web team to build SEO-optimized landing pages for each report, creating a sustainable lead capture funnel.
Authored weekly newsletters positioning each brand as a thought leader in its sector.
